Dr. Shaunda Thomas is a highly skilled periodontist with over 30 years of experience helping her patients achieve optimal oral health. She is committed to providing each patient with personalized care, attention, and the most up-to-date treatment.
Dr. Thomas believes that clear and open communication is the key to achieving lasting results. She takes the time to ensure every patient understands their condition and is comfortable with the treatment plan.
As a pioneer in laser dentistry, Dr. Thomas was one of the first dentists in Sacramento to offer no-cut, no-sew laser treatment for periodontal disease. She has seen first-hand that laser dentistry is a safe and effective way to improve oral health, limit pain, and reduce recovery time.

In his nearly ten years of periodontal practice, Dr. Behdad Javdan has established himself as a knowledgeable and skilled practitioner. Through education, residency, and practical experience, he has developed a unique surgical skillset and specializes in placing dental implants.
Dr. Javdan's passion for dentistry began at an early age when he saw the positive impact that quality care can have on people's lives. He is committed to providing his patients with the best possible care and believes that every patient is deserving of his best effort and complete attention.
Dr. Javdan is also active in the dental community and has given many lectures to fellow dentists. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento Dental Association.
